Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a few years of experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I tend to show up as warm, real, and collaborative, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, while also feeling gently challenged when it’s helpful. My approach blends practical, evidence-based tools with space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. My goal is to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can build insight, feel more grounded, and move toward the life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, insight-oriented, and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and psychodynamic work. I help clients understand the deeper patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also building practical tools for change. I often work with relationship challenges, healing from narcissistic or emotionally abusive dynamics, and supporting individuals in recovery once addiction is less acute. I also enjoy working with teens and exploring spiritual questions or struggles when that’s meaningful to you. Overall, I aim to create a space that feels safe, thoughtful, and real—where we can get to the root of things, not just manage symptoms.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a pretty relaxed, conversational space, no pressure to “have it all figured out” or say things perfectly. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what brought you in, and start getting a sense of your history and what matters most to you. I’ll ask some questions to help us get oriented, and together we’ll begin shaping a few loose goals for therapy. My style is warm and collaborative, so it’s really about starting to build a connection and making sure it feels like a good fit. Ideally, you leave feeling a little more seen, a bit clearer, and not like you’re doing this alone.
