Great to meet you!

When I think about therapy, I envision an individual carrying a little too much for a little too long, just seeking a little relief; someone to help them carry it all. I'd love to be that person for you. I enjoy working with those who are seeking healing from challenging/codependent relationships, trauma, grief and loss, depression and anxiety. As Ram Dass says, at the end of the day we are all just walking each other home. Let's help you return to "home", and find what peace looks like for you.

I am an EMDR and brainspotting-trained, trauma-informed therapist that utilizes a variety of approaches to co-create goals that feel supportive and nurturing to you.

I offer a range of treatment options to meet your needs. I offer in-person and virtual sessions. I so look forward to chatting with you about taking this powerful next step towards finding the support you seek.

My approach to therapy

My primary focus is supporting clients through trauma, grief and loss, and challenging family dynamics. I understand that healing is not always a linear process, so our sessions will meet you where you are on a moment-to-moment basis. Together, we’ll create space to explore what you’re experiencing at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.

Depending on what feels helpful to you, our sessions may include an adorable animal co-therapist, creative approaches, mind-body-focused practices, and thoughtful exploration of the experiences and patterns that may be affecting you today. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, better understand what you need, and discover ways of moving toward healing. Together, we’ll work toward creating a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and balanced.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to orient you to the therapy process and begin what I believe is the most important part of our work together: building a sense of safety and trust within our relationship. You won’t be expected to dive into difficult experiences right away. Instead, we’ll focus on getting to know one another, understanding what brings you to therapy, and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

Creating a strong foundation for future trauma work is something I’m deeply passionate about. You can expect warmth, authenticity, compassion, and a little humor here and there as we work together at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll begin identifying what you hope to gain from therapy and co-create goals that reflect your needs, priorities, and vision for healing.
