I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of New Jersey with numerous years of clinical experience in all aspects of mental health across all ages

In addition to my board-certification and has versed experience in common psychiatric-mental health conditions such as Depression, anxiety and related disorders, bipolar disorder, and adjustment disorders.

I am also an experienced certified school nurse, and especially knowledgeable in children's behavioral issues associated with ADHD, Autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disability, mood disorders and trauma-related adjustment disorders.

My approach to providing care is guided by the Biopsychosocial model which enables me to dive deeper to all possible aspects of the client's presenting problem, and proffer robust efficient treatment supported by evidence-based guidelines.

On my first session, my client will be warmly welcomed, and informed of what the session entails which will be to expect a comprehensive interaction with me geared towards understanding the patient's concerns, and correctly identifying the problem, and generating a treatment plan options that is inclusive of the client to address patient's mental health issues will follow.

This plan will be modified from time to time, as the need arises for the client's best mental health outcomes.

One of my strengths is my ability listen fully to my clients to understand their needs. It is my desire to be your anchor as you or your loved one journey through the challenges of mental health one day at a time.
