Great to meet you!

I’m a New York–born therapist with over a decade of clinical experience supporting individuals navigating stress, trauma, and life transitions. I work with people who often appear to have things “together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain underneath.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and insight-driven. I help clients understand patterns beneath the surface—how past experiences, stress, and relationships shape how they think, feel, and respond. From there, we build tools that support real, sustainable change.

I’m especially passionate about making therapy feel accessible, grounded, and relevant—particularly for those who may not have always felt seen or understood in traditional spaces.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to slow things down and understand what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk through your current concerns, your background, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

You can expect a non-judgmental space where we begin to notice patterns—how you cope, how you move through stress, and what may be getting in your way. My goal is to help you see yourself more clearly, so you can move through life with more intention and support your emotional well-being.
