Great to meet you!

My journey started early, growing up, I watched my father provide pastoral counseling and saw firsthand the impact of compassionate listening. Later, I worked at a residential treatment center, walking alongside people facing deep emotional struggles. Through those experiences, I realized how much I value helping others find hope and healing.

I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges, build healthier relationships, and grow in self-awareness. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your unique story, whether you're facing anxiety, relationship issues, or life transitions, I'm here to support your healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, warm, and goal-oriented. I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness, while honoring your personal values and lived experiences. Together, we'll create a safe space to explore what's holding you back, build new skills, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and building trust. I'll ask about your background, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. It's a relaxed, collaborative conversation where you set the pace. By the end, we'll have a clearer picture of how we can work together toward your goals.
