Great to meet you!

I'm an Ohioian, who has graduated from The Ohio State University (undergrad), as well as The University of Akron (grad). I've also completed a year of graduate school at Clark Atlanta University too. I've been employed in the following treatment environments: at risk incarcerated female juveniles, parents seeking reunification with their children, residential treatment for substance use/abuse/dependence, elementary schools (as an outside mental health provider and as a substitute school counselor), intake assessor, addictions, groups and individual mental health. Clients that are dealing with issues pertaining to relationships, childhood trauma, being their authentic selves, have doubts about trusting their gut, who are women; especially women of color, would be a perfect fit for the treatment/interventions I currently provide as a clinician.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm assertive, and I carefrontationally address inconsistencies, and misalignment between behaviors and goals. Ultimately, I'm authentically invested in what each of my clients state are their goals until they're accomplished!

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for the client to experience increased insight, increased confidence, to receive support and motivation from me, that progress can and will be made!
