Great to meet you!

Imagine finally feeling understood without needing to over-explain yourself. My ideal client is someone who has been carrying emotional weight for a long time — anxiety that never fully quiets, mood swings that feel overwhelming, trauma that still echoes in daily life, grief that lingers, or relationships that feel strained by patterns they can’t seem to break. They are often high-functioning on the outside yet exhausted internally. Many have spent years taking care of others while neglecting their own needs, leaving them feeling depleted, disconnected, or stuck.

They come to therapy wanting relief, clarity, and emotional stability. They want to sleep better, manage racing thoughts, reduce irritability, improve focus, and feel more in control of their reactions. Some want to heal from trauma or loss that still shapes how they see themselves and the world. Others want to strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-esteem, or better understand their behaviors and triggers. Above all, they want peace — not perfection — and a safe place where their struggles are met with compassion rather than judgment.

My clients are motivated because they are ready for change. They want to feel like themselves again, build healthier relationships, and live with confidence rather than fear or self-doubt. Together, we work to uncover root causes, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting growth. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you move forward with strength, insight, and hope.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating complex emotional and mental health challenges, particularly mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, grief, and co-occurring substance use. My background in psychiatric nursing and behavioral health allows me to take a whole-person approach, recognizing the strong connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

I offer a supportive and structured therapeutic space where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I help individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally dysregulated, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or burdened by unresolved trauma or loss. Together, we identify triggers, build healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and develop tools to restore stability and self-confidence.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I integrate evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on practical skills that can be applied in everyday life. I also provide psychoeducation so clients better understand their symptoms, behaviors, and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their healing.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety that interferes with daily life, mood instability, trauma that still impacts your present, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I am here to help you regain balance, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, with compassion and respect, and to walk alongside you as you work toward feeling more stable, empowered, and at peace. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting — you just need a willingness to begin.

When you’re ready, I welcome you to take that first step.
