Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with a Master of Social Work degree who is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the process.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and other emotional difficulties. I believe every person has unique strengths, and together we'll build on those strengths while developing practical skills to help you reach your goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, individualized, and focused on your unique needs. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is not only to help you manage current challenges but also to equip you with tools and strategies you can continue using long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. You'll have the opportunity to share your concerns, ask questions, and talk about what you hope to gain from counseling. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we'll begin identifying your goals, discuss a treatment plan that fits your needs, and create a space where you feel supported, understood, and confident about the work we'll do together.
