Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes that great mental health care starts with truly listening. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and solution-focused. I want to understand you as a whole person, not simply a diagnosis or a list of symptoms.

I provide a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and openly discussing what you’re experiencing. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress, and other mental health challenges.

Most importantly, I believe you should have an active voice in your care. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, discuss treatment options, and develop an evidence-based plan that aligns with your needs, preferences, lifestyle, and goals. My goal is for you to leave our visits feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and centered around you. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, so I take the time to listen, understand what matters most to you, and involve you in every step of your treatment.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I consider the whole picture, including your emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, lifestyle, stressors, and personal goals. My style is warm, open-minded, nonjudgmental, and solution-focused. Together, we’ll explore evidence-based treatment options, including medication when appropriate, and create a plan that feels realistic and comfortable for you.

My goal is to build a genuine partnership where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions about your mental health.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and understand what brings you to care. You can expect a relaxed, welcoming, and judgment-free conversation where you’ll have the space to share your concerns, experiences, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll discuss your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, relationships, stressors, and other factors that may be affecting your well-being while also making time for your questions and concerns. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and develop an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan that reflects your needs and preferences. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, informed, and confident about the path forward.
