Great to meet you!

Hello! If you’re looking for a greater sense of freedom, joy, confidence — or you just want to feel like yourself again and get the spark back in your life — I’m here to walk with you. I’m especially passionate about supporting anxious women and anxious moms, because I’ve lived it myself. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, birth trauma, identity shifts, overwhelm, or wondering: “Why am I not okay when I should be happy?” — you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I'm genuinely interested in what it’s like to be YOU. I believe that when you tell your story — and listen to how both your mind and body respond — healing begins. My work focuses on the mind-body connection, nervous system regulation, holistic wellness, and helping you build sustainable practices that support the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I believe a strong therapeutic connection creates space for healing. My style is warm, grounded, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I blend somatic modalities, brainspotting, and lifestyle support (like nervous-system regulation, morning sunshine, protein before coffee) to help your body feel safe again — because healing isn’t just mental... it’s physical and emotional too.

  • Somatic Therapy: helps you notice where stress or trauma lives in your body and gently release it
  • Brainspotting: supports processing stored trauma and emotional overwhelm
  • Lifestyle + nervous system support: helps calm the body so the mind can heal
  • Faith-based support (if desired): as someone raised in the church, I’m comfortable integrating spirituality, scripture, and soul-work when it aligns with your values — and I’m equally supportive if it doesn’t

At the heart of my work is the belief that clarity, healing, and balance come when the mind, body, and soul are aligned.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll have space to share what concerns are coming up in your life that week and notice how it connects to deeper patterns or beliefs. Together, we’ll explore what feels heavy and what’s possible — and I may offer gentle homework or regulation tools to practice between sessions.

My goal? To help you gain clarity, reconnect with your body, soften survival mode, and build a life that feels steady, aligned, and deeply yours.

A bit about me

I’m a mom of four, and much of my work is informed by lived experience, compassion, and humility. I practice what I teach, and I show up without judgment — just curiosity, warmth, and support. If you're ready to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin healing in mind, body, and soul — I’d be honored to walk with you.
