Great to meet you!

I am a licensed social worker and I have over 20 years of experience helping adults, teens and families in crisis. I integrate evidence-based therapies and performance-focused coaching to help you overcome life transitions, build clarity, and achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach often integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI.) During your first session, we will explore your reasons for seeking support and tailor a plan for your journey. By examining the connection between your thoughts and emotions, I will guide you in reframing negative thinking to improve your emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment to help you manage anxiety, process and move beyond past setbacks and break through barriers. I partner with you to realign with your true purpose and thrive in every area of life. The "discovery session" helps us define your coaching focus, clarify goals, and establish our partnership framework.

  • Collaborative Design: We’ll build a relationship centered on your growth.
  • Self-Reflection: We’ll use exercises to better understand your goals and motivations.
  • Professional Partnership: Expect an open, honest, and respectful partnership.
