Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping millennials that struggle with the imposter syndrome that keep them in a cycle of perfectionism, self-doubt, and burnout. In our work together, we’ll explore where your imposter syndrome comes from and how it impacts you. We’ll help you banish the imposter voice, make more space for compassionate messages that foster greater self-worth, and lean into embracing yourself more fully, imperfections and all.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a blend of various approaches that feel suitable to your needs and goals. I believe in the power of human connection, and that you can experience healing when you share your story within the safe presence of another. This is the space that I seek to provide you in our sessions so that you can be truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll work to understand the root causes of your current struggles, heal from the past, silence the negative self-talk, and learn to use your feelings to help you.

What you can expect from our first session

After our first session, you will have an idea of what you need in counseling, as we identify what struggles feel the most pressing, and create goals for the therapeutic process. With weekly counseling sessions, we’ll figure out the roots of your struggles with perfectionism, anxiety and burnout. Together we’ll help you create a more fulfilling life, filled with greater inner peace and self-confidence.
