Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and major life transitions. With 8 years of experience in clinical counseling and case management, I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to make that process feel comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free.

I believe you deserve a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be tailored to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ll meet you where you are, listen to what you need, and work with you to create goals that feel meaningful and realistic.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based techniques, and mindfulness to help you better understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and develop healthier ways of coping. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or a difficult life transition, we’ll focus on both understanding where you are today and building the skills you need to move forward.

My goal is for therapy to be a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly where to start. I’ll guide the conversation and give you space to share what feels most important to you.

We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you’d like support with, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll also learn more about your background, current stressors, and strengths so we can begin creating a plan that fits your needs.

Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
