Great to meet you!

Hello, do you have a problem, and have reached a point to where you need to talk to someone.

It's most important to feel comfortable and have a trusting relationship with your therapist. I will work with you to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to take the first steps towards change, to seek out a fulfilling and happier life. I am here to support you in any way that I can and to empower you in that journey.

My approach to therapy

Our first session will involve an indepth intake process so that I can fully understand what is going on with you. My priority is to listen, ask questions, provide feedback and guidance. I like to get to the root of the issue before giving you tools to consider, or work with.

I find a combination approach of CBT, Person-Centered, ACT, Trauma-Informed therapies work well for most people.

Assignments, in your own time, are an important part of the therapy process.

What you can expect from me

To help you see what you could not before, to feel reassured, to create and to work on your goal towards success. To feel glad that you chose me as your therapist.

Best way to reach me is by email.

Please ask if you need a time that is not on my schedule, I will accommodate, if possible.
