Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Creative Arts therapist, I offer a compassionate approach to help you explore your feelings and move towards your goals. Using an integrative approach, I support you in developing the skills to overcome depression and anxiety, and increase feelings of wellbeing and empowerment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I combine creative arts interventions, mindfulness, EMDR and talk therapy to meet you where you are in your journey. My goal is to honor your lived experience while guiding you through the therapy process at a pace that works for you.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client. Together we can use the creative process to connect with, honor and release stored feelings that are difficult to process. My aim is to help you access your strengths to shift into a healthier and more balanced state.
