Great to meet you!

Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I believe everyone is deserving of healing and place my client’s goals at the forefront of treatment. I have been working as a therapist for 5 years and received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College.

I take into consideration your unique situation so you can feel connected, heard, and supported in reaching your potential. You can expect a compassionate and direct therapeutic relationship. I pride myself on creating a sense of safety within my sessions that encourages my clients to take risks to foster growth. I believe in creating a space where you can take action toward a meaningful life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and direct. Leading with an intersectional-feminist, anti-oppressive, and LGBT-affirmative lens, I pride myself on creating a sense of safety within her sessions that encourages her clients to take risks and foster self-growth. I draw from humanistic theory, and mindfulness, and employ a cognitive-behavioral framework to help clients challenge false beliefs and take action to lead an authentic and meaningful life. I am passionate about working with survivors of complex trauma believes in the health at every size paradigm, and think all individuals are deserving of healing

What you can expect from me

Every client is unique in their challenges and background, however, we all come to sessions with a desire to feel connected, heard, and supported in reaching one's full potential. I am able to think about the intersections of a client's identity, their strengths, and believe my clients are the expert of their own life and needs. I am able to offer a mirror, techniques and coping skills to approach life's difficulties, and the ability to push and challenge clients to grow.
