Great to meet you!

I’m Aubrey Noble, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 5 years of experience supporting women through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for helping clients work through difficult experiences that may still be affecting how they feel, think, and connect with others.

I believe therapy should be a safe, warm, and judgment-free space where you can be honest about what you’re going through. Whether you’re struggling with past experiences, anxiety, grief, or simply feel stuck, I’ll meet you where you are and help you understand what’s happening while building practical tools to move forward.

My goal is to help you feel more confident, understand yourself more deeply, and create meaningful change without feeling like you have to navigate it all alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, and honest. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, so I want you to feel safe, heard, and comfortable being yourself.

I’m trained in EMDR and draw from approaches including CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, thoughts, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical tools to help you feel more in control.

I’ll offer compassionate support and an unbiased perspective while also gently challenging you when it can help you grow. Our work will always be tailored to your needs, goals, and pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and begin understanding what you hope to change. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start.

I’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can share at your own pace without judgment. We’ll talk about your experiences, strengths, and goals and begin identifying the tools and support that may be most helpful.

Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and my goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about what’s possible.
