Great to meet you!

There is a version of surviving that looks fine from the outside but feels exhausting from the inside. I work with Black women learning to prioritize their emotional lives, neurodivergent young adults building coping skills and structure, and adults navigating anxiety who are ready to try something different. If you are motivated to grow and need the right space to do it, you will find yourself at home with me.

My approach to therapy

I came to this work because I believe being truly heard can change things. Not just listened to, but understood. Together, we build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation that holds up under real pressure, and create structure that makes daily life more manageable. For anxiety, we focus on quieting mental noise so you can move through the world more freely. I work best with clients ready to take an active role.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is less about me running through a checklist and more about getting on the same page. We will talk about what brings you in, begin mapping out your goals, and make sure I understand what you need from this process. That last part matters most. I want therapy to feel useful, collaborative, and tailored to you. If this sounds like the space you have been looking for, I would love to hear from you.
