Great to meet you!

We all experience pain, challenges, and deep hurts throughout our lifetime. It’s undeniable that life can be tough, bringing disappointments and loss. You are not alone, and you don’t have to face these struggles by yourself. Everyone needs support at times. There is hope, healing, and a brighter future waiting for you. I am here to walk alongside you, offering support tailored to your unique needs.

I have 14 years of experience in the counseling field, specializing in assisting individuals of

all ages and backgrounds with challenges related to anxiety, relationships, trauma, loss, self-

worth, depression and life’s various changes. I provided compassionate, evidence-based

personalized care tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.

My primary focus is to establish a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly

share and explore their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. I aim to help them individuals develop healthy coping mechanisms, foster self-awareness, and create opportunities for positive growth across all aspects of life.

My objective extends beyond merely counseling clients and retaining them; it focuses on equipping clients to address their challenges in healthier, more constructive ways. I am dedicated to empowering clients to acquire new skills and utilize tools that enable them to overcome future obstacles with greater ease. My passion lies in guiding clients to become the best version of themselves, fostering genuine and lasting healing from both past and present

struggles.

My approach to therapy

I offer a holistic, integrative approach to therapy that supports healing at every level — emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual. I view each person as inherently whole, and therapy as a process of reconnecting with that wholeness.

Drawing from evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic psychotherapy and even EMDR, I work with clients to gently uncover root causes, release stored trauma, and build self-awareness and resilience. My style is trauma-informed, body-aware, and grounded in mindfulness.

But healing doesn’t stop at the mind — our bodies carry our stories, and our nervous systems hold the imprint of our experiences. That’s why I also integrate practices that support nervous system regulation, breathwork, and body-mind connection, helping you feel safe, empowered, and at home in yourself.

I also honor the connection between lifestyle and mental health — and where appropriate, I guide clients in exploring how nutrition, sleep, movement, and rest contribute to emotional wellbeing.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or seeking deeper self-connection, our work together is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. My goal is not just symptom relief, but sustainable transformation — so you can move through life with greater clarity, presence, and peace.
