I have been practicing therapy in Colorado since 2017, and although I have found my niche working with adults who suffer from anxiety, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and related disorders. I love helping my clients break free from anxiety and intrusive thoughts so they can enjoy the moments that matter most without nagging worries and self-doubt.

I utilize a combination of CBT, Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) and Existential therapy approaches. CBT and ERP are used to debunk unhelpful anxious or negative thought processes and beliefs that keep you down. I also believe deeply in the existential core principles of Choice, Freedom and Responsibility. When we embrace our power and take responsibility for what we can we enjoy more choices and greater freedom. This is a highly empowering approach.
