Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lubbock Christian University. I have experience working with individuals facing a variety of concerns, including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and co-occurring disorders.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, using cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused techniques to meet each client's unique needs. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help clients build practical coping skills, gain new perspectives, and use their strengths to achieve their goals and create a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you're currently facing. My priority is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that reflects your needs and helps you move toward meaningful change.
