Great to meet you!

Welcome—this is a space to be seen, to breathe, and to start healing at your own pace.

I am Audia Fraley, LPCC-S, and Co-Founder of I.M. Legacy Counseling and Consultation Services. I support you in navigating the joys, complexities, and challenges that come with Black girlhood and womanhood—including identity-based trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, and life transitions. Together, we’ll draw on your strengths and lived experiences, using an approach that blends traditional healing, mindfulness, EMDR, and CBT. My goal is to create a space that affirms your story, meets you where you are, and empowers you to step fully into your resilience, growth, and legacy.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a space for both healing and growth. My approach is collaborative and rooted in anti-oppressive, holistic practices. I draw from traditional healing, mindfulness, EMDR, and CBT while holding space for the unique experiences that shape your story. Together, we’ll work at your pace—focusing not just on moving through challenges, but also on celebrating your strengths, your identity, and the fullness of who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our time together, you can expect to feel seen, supported, and affirmed. My hope is that you leave each session with more clarity, tools to navigate life’s challenges, and a deeper connection to your own resilience. Over time, therapy can help you create balance, heal from what’s been heavy, and move forward with confidence in the legacy you’re building for yourself and those who come after you.
