Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Audra Benavidez, M.Ed., LPC.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Development with a certification in Clinical and Mental Health. I have a passion for supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. My clinical background includes experience in both school-based and outpatient settings, where I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts and feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, and feel empowered in their growth.

What you can expect from me

I structure sessions around your unique goals, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process—one where you feel heard, supported, and safe to explore your experiences.

I became a therapist because I believe in the strength and resilience people hold, even during their hardest moments. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they rediscover their confidence and create meaningful change.

Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me reading a good book, enjoying time in nature, or spending time with my son. I value humor, authenticity, and creating a warm, welcoming space for every person I work with.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you.
