Great to meet you!

Hi there — I'm Audra, and I'm so glad you're here.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling and Development, and I've spent my career working with people who are carrying more than they should have to carry alone — anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and all the messy in-between.

I've worked in both school-based and outpatient settings, which means I've supported people from adolescence through adulthood. No matter where you are in life, I've probably sat with someone who felt exactly the way you feel right now.

My approach to therapy

What guides my work: I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered approaches — which is a fancy way of saying I'll help you understand how your thoughts are shaping your experience, while always keeping you at the center of the work. Your goals, your pace, your story. I'm here to help you make sense of it, not to dictate what healing should look like for you.

What you can expect from me

What I bring to the room: Warmth, humor, and zero judgment. I genuinely believe in the resilience people carry — sometimes it just needs a little uncovering. I became a therapist because I've seen firsthand how much changes when someone finally feels heard. I want that for you.

When I'm not in session, you'll find me nose-deep in a book, outside in nature, or chasing around my son. I'm a real person, and I think that matters in therapy.

You don't have to have it all figured out to start. If you're even a little curious about what therapy could do for you, let's talk.
