Great to meet you!

I'm a Jungian - oriented Licensed Professional Counselor./Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Registered Art Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Fine Arts and Advanced Graduate Certification in Art Therapy. Modalities and interventions I regularly employ: Jungian Psychology, Internal Family Systems Theory, Values Based Interventions, Mindfulness, Active Imagination, Art Therapy, Metaphor Therapy, CBT/DBT/MBT.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, caring, curious and compassionate space to explore your life so that you may live more consciously in abundance and choice. My aim in counseling is to help clients wake up to life patterns that aren't serving them! Building the resiliency and stamina to stay awake long enough to change dysfunctional patterns of relating to self and others is a worthy goal and requires attention to mind, body, and spirit! My clients find my approach interactive, engaging and challenging.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in working with individuals and family members struggling with relationships, complex trauma (C-PTSD), codependency, family of origin dysfunction, major life transitions, (times in a person's life that call for deep self-evaluation)& death/grief/betrayal/loss. I use humor, empathy, and alternative methods of healing to help you find your own path in life! While life is at times a Tragi-Comedy, we can walk through the fire and free ourselves from anxiety and depression TX CT IL PA NY
