Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor with nearly 20 years of experience serving individuals and families across a variety of mental health settings since 2006. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting people at different stages of healing and recovery, including outpatient therapy, higher levels of care, and transitions following treatment programs.

My clinical experience includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and ongoing mental health challenges. I work from a compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, recognizing that each person brings unique experiences, resilience, and goals into the therapy process.

My approach to therapy

I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported. Whether you are navigating a recent life stressor, adjusting after discharge from a treatment program, or seeking ongoing support for chronic mental health concerns, therapy can be a place to regain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

I believe healing happens within safe and authentic relationships. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care while honoring the whole person. Together, we will work to better understand patterns, build emotional wellness, and create tools that support long-term growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

During our first meeting, we will explore your current concerns, discuss what has been helpful for you in the past, and identify strengths and coping skills you may already be using. We will also talk about your goals for therapy and what meaningful progress looks like for you.

My treatment approach is collaborative and individualized. I view therapy as a partnership where we work together to better understand challenges, build practical tools, and support emotional wellness and personal growth at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

Whether you are seeking support through a recent stressor, adjusting after treatment, or managing ongoing anxiety, depression, grief, or other mental health concerns, my goal is to create a supportive space where healing and meaningful change can take place.
