Great to meet you!

I am Audrea Moore, but I am called "Audi" by everyone who knows me. I am a Florida native who grew up in South Florida. I earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 1989 and a master’s in counseling in 1995 from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida since 2005. I am completing my doctorate in trauma counseling at Liberty University.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, life changes, chronic mental health, chronic pain, grief and loss. I have a passion for helping others and I work with clients of all ages. I am a Christian counselor, but respect clients of all faiths. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-focused techniques.

What you can expect from me

In my sessions, we incorporate coping skills and self-care. We review how the goals we set from the last session were implimented and modify, as needed. In sessions, the client is an active part in their care.
