Great to meet you!

I believe in my clients' ability to learn, grow, and make “mind-style” changes that lead to emotional fitness, mental flexibility, and transformational healing. Whether you are seeking counseling for discouraging patterns of thought or behavior, childhood issues, relational discord, or trauma, my goal is to help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs so you can feel more authentic, empowered, and self-confident.

I have worked with a variety of clients who have learned new skills and gained new perspectives through counseling that have helped them reach their personal goals. I provide a comfortable, safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to process, learn, and grow toward your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is collaborative and feedback-oriented based on your preferences and desired therapeutic outcomes. Our goal is to find an appropriate evidence-based modality which considers your individual needs. We often choose a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and/or Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, my desire is to meet you where you are and gain an understanding of your situation and goals. I will collaborate with you on planning a path to your therapeutic success and personal enrichment, and encourage you in making the changes you desire.
