Great to meet you!

I’m professionally trained and personally human. I bring both expertise and empathy to the work we do together. Growth isn’t linear but we’ll make progress, even if it’s two steps forward, one existential pit stop back, for self-discovery. I believe humor heals — so yes, we can absolutely process trauma and laugh about your pets weird habits in the same session. We can dive deep, but also make space to laugh, breathe, and be human along the way. I’m here for the real things. The messy middle, awkward feelings, and the “is it just me?” moments. (Spoiler alert: it’s not just you.)

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting both women and men through mental health challenges. My speciality includes addressing anxiety disorders, burnout, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps us get to the root of emotional patterns and deepen your connection — both with others and with yourself. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to provide practical tools for managing thoughts, building resilience, and creating lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space that’s collaborative, refreshingly real, — the kind of environment where it’s okay to be unsure, overwhelmed, or even sarcastically optimistic. My goal is to help you untangle what’s keeping you stuck, build insight into your emotional patterns, and develop practical tools that can work in real life. It is my goal for you to leave sessions with a mix of clarity, self-compassion, and strategies that lead to a more wholesome way of living.
