Great to meet you!

Anxiety can make it feel like your mind never shuts off. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of overthinking, second-guessing decisions, replaying conversations, imagining worst-case scenarios, or feeling trapped by obsessive thoughts that won't let go. Maybe you're exhausted from trying to have all the answers before making a decision, constantly seeking reassurance, or feeling like anxiety is taking up more space in your life than you'd like.

I help adults who struggle with anxiety, obsessive thoughts, OCD, chronic worry, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-achieving, thoughtful people who appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed by racing thoughts, self-doubt, and the pressure they put on themselves. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck and build practical skills to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control.

My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I'll provide tools, challenge unhelpful patterns when needed, and support you as you work toward meaningful change. Therapy is a place where you don't have to pretend you're fine or figure everything out alone.

A life that feels less all over the place is possible. If you're ready to spend less time battling anxiety and more time living the life you want, reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. I'd love to hear your story and see how I can help.

My approach to therapy

During that first appointment I will get to know you better and the goals that you want to achieve. From the second appointment and beyond my goal is to help you become aware of your thoughts that may be causing you distress, help identify patterns in your thoughts and actions and then teach you how to better manage these.

What you can expect from me

When working with me you can expect to walk away from sessions with action items or ideas to implement into your routine to help decrease anxious thoughts, reduce conflict and manage overall well being. At the conclusion of sessions you will walk away having a sense of direction on how to implement change in your life.
