Great to meet you!

My clients are seeking therapy for wellness and mental health issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, work stress, and self esteem issues. I have two decades of experience working with clients with diverse social and cultural backgrounds, including many musicians and artists. My background as a music therapist and psychoanalytic therapist is tailored to the individualized needs of my clients, for people in any profession.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients towards the goals they want to achieve. In my psychodynamically informed therapy, I help clients look at patterns from their past as well as in their current experience. Allowing my clients to explore what is important to them in their own time allows them to uncover the root cause of any issues they want to address. Some clients prefer traditional talk therapy sessions, and some like to explore their feelings in music therapy, playing instruments alongside me.

What you can expect from me

Whether there is a specific behavior my clients want to change, past traumas that continue to impact their lives, difficulty navigating interpersonal relationships, or simply the desire to maintain wellbeing, I can help my clients sow the seeds of change to make a long-lasting difference in their lives.
