Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Art Therapist and a graduate of LIU Post’s Clinical Art Therapy and Counseling Master’s program. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, and day programs. I’ve supported individuals both one-on-one and in group settings, helping those navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, identity, low confidence, traumatic brain injuries, dementia, and Alzheimer’s. I have also done a lot of work with couples and families to improve overall communication, conflict resolution, and relationship dynamics.
I have written two books focusing on the holistic management of stress, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to help individuals realize how capable they are of improving their reality. While also providing understanding and empathy that it isn’t all that easy.
