I have over 30 years of experience in mental health nursing. I provide evidence-based, compassionate, and holistic care tailored to each individual's unique journey. In the last 5 years, I have practiced as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Although I treat across the lifespan, I sub-specialize in children, adolescents, young adults, and those young at heart. I offer medication management and supportive psychotherapy.

Please note that at this time, I do not offer psychotherapy only. I do offer it as part of the medication management appointment.

NJ requires in-person visits for Schedule II medications, which include stimulant medications. I do prescribe both stimulant and non-stimulant medications, based on the individual's need. Since they are a controlled substance, I do have a policy to prescribe safely. I can send you a copy of it before the appointment to review. I am located in Linwood, NJ 08221 in Atlantic County. Please make sure you are within driving distance.

My greatest strength is my ability to apply my clinical expertise with genuine, down-to-earth compassion. Clients often tell me they appreciate that my office is a space where it is safe to be vulnerable—you might cry, but we will also find reasons to laugh. I might know the right answers, but I ask good questions. I am told I am kind & genuine.

During your first visit, we will conduct a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment. A thorough evaluation that considers the "big picture" of your health, rather than just a list of symptoms. We will explore the biological (your genetics and physical health), the psychological (your thoughts, emotions, and coping styles), and the social (your relationships and environment). We'll share a lot of information so we can create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
