Audrey Rodrigues

I am a licensed psychotherapist and have been in private practice for 6 years. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, BiPolar, trauma related issues, substance use/abuse. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work, having graduated in 2014 from the University of Texas at Austin and since then I have worked in multiple settings, from non-profits in affordable housing and community family resource centers, to high schools and outpatient community health centers.

The modalities that I bring into session include interpersonal neurobiology, comprehensive resource method, mindfulness based stress reduction and self compassion, cognitive behavioral techniques that are trauma informed, somatic based therapeutic interventions, and solution focused therapy, among others. I'm trained in Brainspotting, Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and Comprehensive Resource Model.

I am here to create a space that allows that process to naturally unfold. I will encourage your natural capacity towards health and wholeness, while also removing the blocks, obstacles, and painful patterns that contribute to suffering. We will find new ways relating to and being with what is most difficult right now while developing new skills to manage stress. Together, we will uncover and access resources that are inherent within you and resources that may be new to your awareness.
