Great to meet you!

I completed my Masters Degree in Art Therapy at FSU. I have experience with treating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, as well as Trauma in children, adolescents, and adults. I have assisted clients to learn/ utilize communication skills, increasing their self-esteem in efforts to move toward self-awareness and self-acceptance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize approaches based on Humanistic Theory and Client-centered Approach, which is based on the belief that people seek self-actualization and the counselor helps the client to find solutions to their own challenges. I have also utilized Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients to challenge their irrational thinking through self-analysis and psycho-education.

What you can expect from our first session

I will collaborate with the client to assess symptoms and associated functioning deficits (Functioning, Social, Relational, Occupational/ Educational) in context, to understand your individual goals for Therapy.
