About Me

I work with clients who are in need of someone who is caring, professional, and who is willing to provide guidance without placing blame or judgement. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach where I help clients modify their thinking to have positive effects with their emotions and behaviors. I take into consideration the whole person including psychological, spiritual, physical, emotional, behavioral. I treat all clients with respect and help them find more appropriate and positive ways to handle life stressors and issues.

I obtained my Master’s Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and am trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed in drugs and alcohol.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important. I will work with you in finding healthy ways to live a more fulfilled life.
