Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am so glad you are here!!

I am Audrey Williams, a licensed professional counselor with a background in education. I have been counseling kids, adolescents and adults for the last 7 years in the clinical setting. The treatment areas that I most often see are centered around anxiety, depression, negative thoughts, self-improvement, self-esteem, insecurity, life transitions, adjustment issues, motherhood, prenatal and postpartum, relationships, career, and life purpose.

A bit about my approach to therapy

If you were to ask me about my style or approach in the counseling setting, I would definitely say that I have a person-centered approach! I believe that every person I work with knows themself best and my role is to come alongside in a support role. I work to collaboratively find solutions for problems, identify next-steps together, and ultimately help you feel more connected with yourself and in alignment with the goals you have. I utilize different techniques from evidenced-based modalities!

What you can expect from our first session

It is important for my clients to feel understood and safe in my therapy space! You can expect to find an environment that is validating and affirming, centered around your strengths and goals. I work to provide you with tools and techniques, hold space for processing concerns and traumatic experiences, and help you walk away with confidence in your ability to navigate your life.
