Great to meet you!

It takes courage to seek support, and my first priority is creating a space where you feel safe and understood. We often hold our most challenging experiences in our bodies, leading to anxiety, stress in relationships, and a feeling of being stuck. I am here to help you unpack these experiences, find clarity, and more meaningful connection with yourself and others.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and have 5 years of experience in the field. Prior to this, I worked with children in private, daycare settings, and volunteered for the Department of Children and Families foster care panel. Clients have described me as compassionate, validating, and affirming.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with warmth and understanding that safety is the foundation upon which all insight, change and healing is built. I weave mind-body awareness, reflective dialogue, and tools that support you in feeling more grounded, and aligned with who you are.

I integrate:

  • Trauma-Focused Therapy to help process and heal from past wounds.
  • Somatic Practices to tune into your body’s experience of stress and increase physical well-being.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to shift unhelpful thoughts and create adaptive coping strategies.
  • Psychodynamic lens to gain insight into how past experiences are impacting you in the present.
  • Directness and Vulnerability to foster an open, honest, and nonjudgmental space.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a space designed for you, so in our first session, I’ll hear your story, and we’ll begin getting to know each other in exploring your goals.

In our work, we’ll reflect on your goals, explore patterns and process tools to support your growth. You can expect to gain deeper insight into your challenges and develop healthier strategies to navigate them. You can expect support in building healthier communication, boundaries, and emotional resilience.

I offer online therapy sessions and a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to partnering with you in your journey.
