Great to meet you!

I help adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood swings, or feeling overwhelmed get back to a place of stability and control.

With over 15 years in nursing and a background that includes working with veterans, I bring both clinical experience and a practical, down-to-earth approach to mental health care. I understand that many patients come in feeling unsure, frustrated, or even hesitant about medication—and I take time to listen and create a plan that feels right for you.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide thorough evaluations and medication management for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and substance use. My goal is not just symptom relief but helping you function better in your daily life—whether that means improved focus, better sleep, or feeling more like yourself again.

I work with patients ages 10–65 and tailor treatment to each individual. I am also currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to continue advancing the quality of care I provide.

My approach to therapy

Respect for patients’ values, preferences and expressed needs. Coordination and integration of care. Information and education. Emotional support and alleviation of fear and anxiety. Involvement of family and friends. Access to care
