Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Aundi, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adults and teens navigate transitions and stress in their lives. I love working with those who are ready to make a change in their lives. My goal as a practitioner is to provide a safe space where you can express yourself and to empower you with the skills to positively impact your life. I offer a free 15 minute consultation after which you can schedule sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Although my passion is parenting and parent-child interaction, I work with individuals and their families facing a wide range of issues. My areas of clinical focus are anxiety and depression. I often work well with clients who exhibit behaviors such as difficulty with sleep, excessive worry, feeling overwhelmed in social situations, struggling with negative thoughts.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, I will often ask you to share specific struggles that are negatively impacting your day-to-day life and what you would like to accomplish in therapy. From there, I will tailor my approach to meet your individual needs and will focus on setting attainable goals to help you learn good sleep hygiene, relaxation techniques, and reducing negative thoughts.
