Great to meet you!

I've spent my career caring for people across every stage of life, from children and teens to older adults. After running my own practice and hearing from patients who wanted me back, I'm rebuilding on my own terms. My focus areas include ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and I like understanding the full picture of what's going on for you, not just checking boxes. I bring a steady, open approach to every session, and I want care to feel personal and collaborative, shaped around what actually helps you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, open approach to care. I want to understand what's really going on for you, not rush through a checklist, so we can build a plan around ADHD, anxiety, or depression that actually fits your life and moves at your pace.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll talk through what brought you in, your history, and your goals, and start shaping a plan together so you leave with a clear sense of what comes next.
