Great to meet you!

I have a bubbly and genuine personality, and I truly enjoy helping people find more meaning, joy, and enjoyment in their own lives. I believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy or intimidating, and I strive to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I’m someone who will meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and support you as you work through life’s challenges. Most importantly, I want you to know that I’m here to help you discover not only how to navigate the difficult moments, but also how to recognize and embrace the moments that bring you happiness, fulfillment, and a greater sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with creating a comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free space. I believe people are more willing to open up and explore difficult or personal experiences when they feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I take the time to get to know the person in front of me, rather than focusing only on the concerns that brought them into therapy. From there, we can build trust and develop a therapeutic relationship that allows us to work together at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful to the client.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are an opportunity for us to get to know one another. It’s a time for you to get a feel for who I am as a therapist, begin sharing what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and respected as we begin building a therapeutic relationship. Ultimately, the first session is also about deciding together whether I’m the right therapist to accompany you on your personal journey of exploration and growth.
