Great to meet you!

I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and experience in both psychiatric and private practice settings. I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating faith, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, interpersonal challenges, and major life transitions. I offer faith-informed counseling for clients who desire to integrate their Christian beliefs into the therapeutic process. I strive to create a safe, grounded space where clients feel truly seen and supported as they build insight, emotional resilience, spiritual alignment, and a deeper sense of purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on helping clients feel truly seen and understood. I believe meaningful change happens within a safe, trusting relationship, so I approach each client with care and curiosity, respecting their current season while supporting meaningful growth. I use evidence-based tools while also exploring emotional patterns, self-worth, and relationship dynamics in a practical, down-to-earth way. When welcomed, I thoughtfully incorporate faith-informed grounding to support healing, clarity, and purpose. My goal is to help clients strengthen self-worth, improve relational dynamics, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll have a focused, supportive conversation to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and any challenges you’re facing, while exploring your strengths and patterns. This session is designed to build trust and rapport, clarify the path forward, and ensure you feel heard, supported, and prepared for the next steps in your journey.
