Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran, currently practicing in San Antonio, Texas. I work with adults and minors facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stress, including challenges related to military service and reintegration.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, direct, and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, trauma-informed care, and strengths-focused therapy. I aim to create a straightforward, supportive space where clients can gain clarity, build usable skills, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy and what you want to change! The session is collaborative from the start—you’re in control of what you share, and we’ll move at your pace. I’ll ask questions to understand your concerns, background, and stressors, without pushing or rushing.

You can expect a straightforward, judgment-free conversation. We’ll talk about goals, what you want from therapy, and decide together how to move forward. By the end of the session, you should have clarity about next steps and whether working together feels like a good fit.
