Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who earned my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in Rehabilitation Counseling, from Hofstra University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), mindfulness-based approaches, and psychodynamic therapy. I am passionate about creating a supportive and compassionate space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring both the challenges and strengths that shape their experiences. I value building genuine connections and tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs, helping them feel empowered as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I strive to encourage self-awareness, autonomy, and personal growth while helping you recognize your strengths and build confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we can work toward meaningful and lasting change in a way that feels empowering and authentic to you.
