Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Spanish, English-speaking Licensed Marriage Family Therapist based in California and working with clients state-wide via telehealth. I work with adults and adolescents with a variety of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, Trauma, and adjustment disorder.

My approach to therapy

Each individual is unique and has unique needs in therapy, therefore, I incorporate an Eclectic Therapy approach from evidence-based modalities that adapts to the unique needs of each individual for an effective treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

I work diligently to provide the best care for clients with professionalism, understanding, and a compassionate approach. Individuals and Families are empowered with essential tools learned in therapy by providing a non-judgmental and empathetic environment so they can feel relieved and are able to be empowered to deal with the day-to-day challenges.

My goal is to utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling to foster hope, healing, and resilience.
