Great to meet you!

Do you feel stuck or overwhelmed by circumstances that feel impossible? I help people get unstuck from what’s holding them back. My goal is for you to have more freedom and live an authentic, fulfilling life. We’ll work together to create a respectful and affirming environment for healing. As a queer therapist, I aim to provide inclusive care for folks from diverse backgrounds. I have supported people facing various challenges and am especially interested in working with survivors of trauma, grief, narcissistic abuse, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and those struggling with anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I lead with respect and transparency, affirming each person’s identities, and striving to understand them on their own terms. My approach is trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based therapies, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I help clients develop new skills and shift unhelpful patterns to improve their overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

The first few sessions are about getting to know you as a person and exploring how therapy can help you. We will work together to identify what is getting in the way of you living your best possible life and co-create goals to address this. I provide individual virtual therapy to adults living in California. At this time. I do not provide couples or family therapy. I work with teens on a case-by-case basis.

To schedule a free phone consultation, you can book online, email, or call and leave a voicemail. Please share a little bit about yourself and what you'd like to work on in therapy- this helps alot! I look forward to connecting with you!
