Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I strive to create a warm, affirming, and supportive space where adolescents and adults feel safe to show up as their authentic selves. I am passionate about helping clients gain insight, feel understood, and build confidence as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while feeling supported and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a collaborative and compassionate space where clients can build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know you, exploring your concerns, and gathering important information about your experiences and goals for therapy. Together, we will create meaningful treatment goals that help guide the therapeutic process and keep us focused on your growth and progress over time.
