Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience in behavioral and mental health, including 2.5 years providing clinical therapy. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people of all ages and a wide range of backgrounds navigating anxiety, depression, stress, anger, communication challenges, social skills, relationship concerns, and other life challenges that can leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

I have a particular interest in working with men and creating a space where they can openly address emotions, relationships, stress, identity, and other concerns without feeling judged or pressured to have all the answers. Whether you’re struggling with something specific or simply know that something needs to change, my goal is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s happening, and work with you toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, approachable, and supportive, but I’m also direct and solution-focused. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood while also having someone willing to challenge you when it can help you move forward. Together, we’ll look at the thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and patterns that may be getting in the way of the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Starting or resuming therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re used to figuring things out on your own or aren’t sure where to begin. You don’t need a perfect explanation for why you’re struggling. If something isn’t working, that’s enough.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll review important forms and the structure of sessions, discuss your personal and mental health history, explore what you’re currently experiencing, and identify your goals for therapy. From there, we’ll begin developing a roadmap for treatment and determine the approaches that may best support you moving forward.
