Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with experience helping adults who feel stressed, overloaded or unsure of their next step. My background includes years of clinical work in medical & behavioral-health settings, where I’ve supported people navigating work pressures, relationship challenges and major life changes. I bring a calm, organized style with a focus on helping you feel respected, understood and grounded. I work especially well with adults looking for clarity, LGBTQ+ clients seeking an affirming space and anyone who wants steady support while making meaningful changes in their day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is steady, clear and collaborative. I help clients slow things down, make sense of what’s weighing on them and focus on the changes that matter most. I stay organized & grounded in session, & I’m honest and direct when it’s helpful. You can expect a thoughtful pace, room to explore your perspective and support that feels respectful and practical. I work especially well with adults who want to feel more centered, understand their patterns & build skills that make daily life easier.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we focus on what’s bringing you in and what you hope will feel different in your daily life. I’ll ask about your history, current stressors and anything that feels important for me to understand. The space is calm, steady & without pressure, and you set the pace. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer picture of your goals and how we can move toward them together. Most clients leave feeling more grounded & with a better sense of direction for our work.
